John Chen tells us how he turned Blackberry around

Blackberry CEO John Chen has done a decent job since he took over the Canadian company. Just last year the company was floundering, in an utter mess, and according to most on the edge of the abyss. Chen came in with a clear strategy to right the ship and while the progress is slow and still not complete, there is a sense this year that Blackberry is turning the corner.
