I gave you my first impressions after spending a short bit of time with the AT&T Nokia Surge and now my buddy Lisa chimes in with her full review that confirms pretty much all of what I though of the device. It is a good device if you are a messaging monster with a good QWERTY available at a pretty low price. It is actually a bit surprising that they threw in GPS, plenty of RAM, a huge 1500 mAh battery, and the latest Feature Pack 2. The camera is not super, but it is probably much better than most feature phones of this class.

There are very few US wireless carrier subsidized Nokia devices so it is interesting to hear other people’s opinions when they do come out. I was pleased to read Lisa confirm much of what I thought of the device. I was out all last week so I did not use it much and have a few other devices I am checking out at the moment too.
