We're still waiting to see an Android-powered MID (mobile Internet device) hit the market, and the Chinese Routon P760 and its cousin, the P730, could be the first. Here's what we're looking at:
- A 4.8-inch, 800x480 touchscreen.
- Either 4GB or 8GB of flash storage.
- EVDO for a data connection (though GSM reportedly is an option).
- 677 MHz Samsung processor.
- 256MB RAM.
- WiFi b/g.
- Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR.
- GPS
- 2.0MP camera
- 2,000 mAh battery
That's the P760 above. The P730 is the same, only without the numeric keypad. They may hit the market in May, but don't expect to see them on store shelves anywhere near you anytime soon.
