Improved contacts management: when composing an IM, SMS or email, your most frequent contacts are suggested and it’s easier than ever to start the conversation.
A customized interface lets you choose from 50 vibrant themes and stationery options to express your personality.
New, easy-to-use applications help you more easily track online orders, remove yourself from unwanted newsletters, and send large files quickly and easily.
Better Mail search lets you easily navigate, sort and narrow the search results by sender, attachment file, date, or folder location.
Advanced SpamGuard technology and a new anti-phishing platform protects users from email hackers and unwanted instant message conversations.
Thanks for working with us
We give a big thanks to Ovi Mail users who have worked with us through the transition to the Powered by Yahoo! experience, which took longer than originally planned. We ran into several unanticipated bugs and issues during the transition, most of which are now resolved with 99.5% of everyone who accepted the Terms of Service now in the Yahoo! experience. If you are having trouble with your mail experience, please go to these support areas, which offer workarounds for the most common issues.

Up next: Maps
Part two of our partnership with Yahoo! involves Nokia becoming the exclusive, global provider of Yahoo!’s maps and navigation services, integrating Nokia Maps across Yahoo properties. Teams are working hard to make this happen by next year, and we’ll have more information when it’s available. In the meantime, we look forward to your comments and feedback on the new Ovi Mail Powered by Yahoo! experience, and will continue to keep you informed on the mobile experiences coming from Nokia services.
