Win your own Nokia N97 NAMIf you are a regular Nokia Experts reader, then you have been with me as I experienced varying levels of joy and disappointment with my Nokia N97. I first had a chance to hold and feel a Nokia N97 at CTIA in April and then I bought and received my own white Nokia N97 in June. You then probably winced with me after my clumsy drop at Starbucks and then rejoiced with me when I decided it is staying put. Even though I no longer have an AT&T SIM I still keep going back to my N97 because I find it to be a very solid piece of hardware that gets the job done in most every situation. I am looking forward to the upcoming 2.0 firmware update that may have me using it even more.

If you want to experience these same emotions and enjoy the powerful Nokia N97 for free, then keep on reading to see how you can win one of your own. I received an email from the great folks at WOM World telling me that the Nokia US Product Manager, Mr. Ira Frimere, created a video telling us what mobile computing means to him with a request at the end for me and a couple of others to join him. As you know, this site was created to give a US perspective on Nokia and the devices we all love. Please first check out Ira’s video and then my video embedded below that talks a bit about the N97 and how you can win this device.

This contest is only open to US residents, since we are focusing on the US perspective of Nokia and the N97, so please do not enter if live outside the 50 States or the District of Columbia. You can enter in a number of different ways, but only one single entry from each person counts toward your contest entry. Follow the directions below and good luck to everyone.

How to Enter

Create a video, take a photo, write a blog post, create a Twitter Tweet, or email me your best reason as to why I should pick you as the winner of this Nokia N97. After you create your entry, please email me a link to your video, link to your photo (or the photo), link to your blog post, your actual Tweet and your Twitter username, or your story directly to matthewATnokiaexpertsDOTcom to be entered into the contest. Please put Nokia N97 Contest in the subject of your email too. This is pretty open ended and requires you to be creative with your entry. I will post the top five (5) that I selected here and then a few days later I will tell you which one I selected. I may also call in other editors from the Smartphone Experts family of sites to help me decide on the final winner if there are too many great entries and I cannot decide myself.

The Fine Print and More Rules

  • One entry per person.
  • Full contest will end at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on Saturday, 31 October.
  • You cannot be a contractor, moderator, or employee of any Smartphone Experts or Axel Ltd. sites. All of the restrictions of Smartphone Experts stores apply. This unfortunately means that we cannot ship to a PO, APO, or FPO box.
  • The contest is open to those in the US ONLY.
  • We’ll pick the winner and that selection is final (no whining).
  • Please send any questions to contest@smartphoneexperts.com.
